  The staff was very nice but I was very disappointed. Now I understand why they are cheaper than most places. The lady that worked on my nails did not care about quality whatsoever. A simple task of making sure that my nails were trimmed to the same length was too much to ask for. When she was working on my cuticles my finger started bleeding and she didn't apologize or anything. She took nail polish remover and put it on top to cover up the bleeding which hurt obviously. I understand people make mistakes but you can say something or bring a bandaid to make it better. I think that she did not care about the work she was doing because she was Skyping somebody the entire time she was working on my nails. She put earbuds in and just talked to them while working. It's very disappointing that I wasted my money on something that I could have done at home while spending my time and doing a better job. It should be about quality not quantity.

  I told them I had an appointment AND . . . they didn't get me up wait for long. They were particularly attentive and NICE and gave me some advices that I was looking for. And their service is perfect.
