  First the doctor give me too strong of prescriptions, so I had to get it redo. I paid $500 for two pairs of glasses and got cheaper products. They have lack of selection. When I got my eyes glasses, glass from the one of pairs started falling out within two days. On the second pair, the glass was not cut or molded correctly. I called them and manager sue told me to bring them in (who is franchise owner) of the store too. I took them back to store I was out of the glasses for 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called back to pick them up again they wasn't there I was told to wait another week since sue was out for vacation. When I went to pick up my pairs, glass was still too thick and not molded properly on the second pair. She resent them again, but product came back in the same condition keep in mind this was brand new eyes glasses that I paid and never wore and I eventually gave up fighting with them. And the other pair glass started to fall out again after a week again and I had to go back and she used super glued to glue the glass and threat on the eyes glasses.This went on for over 3 months, she wasted my time and gas. I spent $500 and i got poor service with an run around, poor products. SHOPPERS BEWARE.
