  When you view the prices for this crossfit gym compared too other gyms in the area it seems like a pretty easy choice to make. I'll say this though...you pay for what you get. There's a reason these prices are lower to try and compete with the surrounding area.
  
  I don't recommend this gym for anyone seeking quality training and proper instruction. While at first glance this gym may seem to be giving you proper instruction on form and technique you will quickly learn that the owner doesn't really know what she's doing. Months of training with little to no improvement, all while putting yourself at risk for serious injury due to the lack of proper coaching. You're better off (and safer) joining a regular gym and saving yourself the money. If you really want 1 on 1 or group training I recommend finding a gym with coaches who take proper care of their members.
  
  Workouts almost seem to be slapped together with little to no regard for proper planning. The theme here seems to be come in do this workout and hope for the best. Are you adding too much weight? No one will stop you. Are you not challenging yourself properly? No one will say a word. The gym also offers a 30 day nutritional program which is a complete joke. First off the coach isn't even a certified nutritionist. Secondly anyone with half a brain could run this nutrition program on their own. This is essentially another avenue for the owner to pocket more money from you.
  
  Speaking of the owner, she is the definition of a narcissist and would rather be on her phone 24/7 than actually engaging with her members. On the off chance she actually does interact with you, you better be prepared for her to start gossiping about the latest drama involving other members of the gym.
  
  So I reiterate, do yourself a favor and join another gym.
