  Bought a car from them a few months back thought staff was great. Until after the purchase everytime I have come in for service or questions about the car no one ever seems to be around. Currently still waiting for a call back from them about something I'm looking to do with the car was told I would get a callback next business day 2 weeks later I'm still waiting I even went in to check up and leave my number AGAIN for a phone call back from who I spoke with and they still have not called me back. Terrible customer service.

  I had been a customer for my last 2 Audi's both with Schneider Nelson and before that one Audi from another dealer. I live about 40 minutes from Eatontown, and was happy to see an Audi dealership opened closer in Freehold. After going to Freehold and given the run around and a lot higher than my previous A5, I decided to call Eatontown. Over the phone they gave me a price worth driving back while Freehold was all about the money and sales pitches.
  
  Alexandria handled the call in Eatontown. Very pleasant in helping out her sales associate that was assigned to me knowing my current lease was ending but the associate was off the day I called. I finally met Chloe, the sales associate, upon picking up the new car. She made the experience easy, pleasant and didn't feel like a car sales person just pushing for a sale. On top of that, I saw many of the previous workers of Schneider Nelson still with the new dealership. Wayne who was my sales associate 3 years ago was now in charge of my lease financing and he remembered so many details of meeting me back then.

  I highly recommend Eatontown Audi and ask for any of these 3.... you won't be disappointed!
